Patrice Peris Voice Studio Artist Feature of the Month: Abby Hennigan

Patrice Peris Voice Studios artist, Abby Hennigan, is making quite a splash in the music industry. Being named after the Beatles album, "Abbey Road," music has influenced her life from day one. Abby has been recording cover songs in her bedroom and receiving thousands of hits for years. She began taking lessons with Patrice about two years ago and says she has,  “Loved taking lessons, being a part of seminars, and group classes at the studio!” She also comments, “ One of my favorite moments to date was when I had the opportunity to teach the Youtube Seminar for other artists at the studio.” As described by Abby, her experience with us has “given me the confidence to continue my career as a musician and songwriter. I never thought I had what it took to be successful in the music business until I started taking lessons with Patrice and meeting people who had similar interests as me.”   To date, Abby has displayed her acoustic style at several venues including, The Worcester Cars of Summer Show, Strides of Worcester, Faneuil Hall, The Prohibition Bar in Manhattan, Disney World's American Idol Experience, ALS Knights 5k, Ben Speaks Concert, Hopkinton HS Talent Show (where she took home the first place award), Hopkinton HS BeFree Coffee Houses, and more.   Currently, Abby is working on writing and recording original music. She has an EP in the works which will include her single “Let Life Be” scheduled to be released this summer! Abby has plans to expand her songwriting talents this fall, at one of the countries top 10 music conservatories, Berklee College of Music, where she will double major in Music Business and Songwriting.
